Use of the site
- Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to it.
- Information you submit - club listings, presenter profiles, award applications, wiki edits - must be accurate and yours to submit.
- Accounts are personal. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
License reminder messages
If you opt in at your notification settings, NARA sends text messages and automated phone calls reminding you that your FCC amateur radio license is due to expire, at 90, 60 and 30 days before that date. By opting in you consent to receive those messages at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency is a few messages a year; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help, or switch the reminders off in your account. Consent is not a condition of membership or of any purchase.
Content you contribute
You retain ownership of what you submit, and grant NARA a non-exclusive license to publish, edit and distribute it as part of the site and its programs. Wiki contributions may be edited or reverted by other editors. We may remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful or off-topic.
Programs and awards
Award eligibility, presenter approval and club listings are at NARA’s discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee an award, and listing a presenter or club does not constitute an endorsement.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided “as is”. Technical, regulatory and safety information here is offered in good faith but is not a substitute for the FCC rules or professional advice. Always verify current regulations with the FCC.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NARA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
